Low Temp Insulation
IMC sells many forms of fabricated pipe insulation for a variety of
temperatures and uses.
Owens Corning® Foamglas®
Made from millions of completely sealed glass cells, Foamglas® is lightweight, resistant to water in both liquid and vapor forms, non-corrosive, and non-combustible. Foamglas® has superior compressive strength and is stable under a variety of temperature and humidity conditions. For use in temperatures from -450°F to
+900°F (-268°C to +482°C).
Polyisocyanurate
Dyplast's ISO-C1 polyisocyanurate insulation has superior physical characteristics, excellent water and moisture resistance, high R-factor of 5.7, and zero ozone depletion potential. This makes ISO-C1 a cost-effective and environmentally friendly choice. It is suitable for use between -297°F and +300°F. ISO-HT is Dyplast Products' 2.5-lb/ft³ polyisocyanurate rigid foam insulation for higher temperature applications up to 400°F (204°C). It is suitable for constant temperature or heat cycling environments.
Polyguard PolyPhen® Phenolic Insulation
Polyguard PolyPhen® thermal insulation is a lightweight rigid foam designed for piping systems, tanks, vessels and ductwork in commercial and industrial applications..The PolyPhen® rigid foam insulation products may be used for pipe work and equipment operating within the process temperature range of -290°F to +250°F (-180°C to + 120°C). It is easy to transport, handle and install and is manufactured to provide optimum thermal performance and flame resistance, low smoke emissions, environmental safety, and efficient cost.
IMC fabricates and distributes Corafoam®, Duna-Usa's high-density rigid polyurethane foam, in densities from 4 to over 20 lbs.
